JANUARY

  • CRAFT NIGHT:  Every Wednesday evening (1/8, 15, 22, 29) 6PM to 8PM eastern.  
  • CRAFTERNOON:  Every Sunday from 2-4PM (1/5, 12, 19, 26) 
  • Slayer Watch Along - Thursday 6-8PM (1/2)
  • Friendly Neighborhood Craftivists- Thursday 6-8PM (1/23) - The Seed/Plant Exchange will be on 1/23 from 6-8PM then we will take a minute to meet as a group after the shop closes.
  • Seed & Baby Plant Exchange - Thursday 1/23 from 6-8PM - Bring in your seeds or baby plants for trading or gifting!  Lets share our gardening plans and make sure we all have a chance to grow some joy and maybe even food at home.  Free event and if you don't have anything to trade, you are welcome to still attend if you are looking for some seeds!
  • Spin Support Group - (TBD)
  • Movie Night - Thursday 6-8PM (1/16) 
  • Rebel Purl Yarn Retreat - January 10-12, 2025 - Sign Up Early!

    Craft Nights - Wednesday evenings from 6-8PM.  Crafting with humans!  Bring your supplies and craft with us.  All ages welcome, free event, no purchase required.  All craft are welcome, just avoid anything with fumes or loud noises.  Coloring books available if your craft is on a time out. Bring your own snacks & drinks or order delivery if you're hungry.  Indoor and outdoor seating available, weather permitting.

    Spinning Support Group - monthly meeting to spin with other humans.  We will be there learning with our drop spindles but feel free to bring your own spinning supplies and do it together.  This is a free event.  Just come and work on your skills with us.  There is no expert, just other humans also learning. Let's help each other. ***Spin Support will be moved to Saturday afternoons beginning in December 2024***

    Movie Night - monthly movie nights at the store.  Come watch along, or bring an option. We will decide what we want to watch together then the movie will begin. 

    Slayer Watch Along - one Thursday evening a month you can drop by the shop and watch some 90s Slayer.  We will start with season 1 and watch in order, a few episodes a night.

    All the Crafts - Friday Night Friend Crafting - This series will be Friday night crafts!  Each craft will be available to purchase a spot for you or you plus 1 (with a discount).  Your spot covers all supplies and tools needed to make that craft.  And each craft can be made in one night (unless you want to take your time, no pressure on speed preference).  These events are off hours, so the general shop will be closed to anyone not involved in the craft.

    Friendly Neighborhood Craftivists - This will be a night for us to come together as a community and revolt.  With crafts.  Bring in skills, knowledge or items to trade, gift or barter. Come in to discuss what we are doing or what we need help with locally to try to survive and help our community thrive.  Or just come in to craft with supportive humans. Just to be clear: we are anti-fascist, anti-racist, feminist, pro-choice, pro-LGBTQ+, pro-science, trans supporting, mental health caring crafters.
